摘要: The development of effective strategies for the treatment stroke is one potential applications stem cell therapy. Various transplantation methods, types, and animal models have been examined to investigate benefits therapy stroke, with promising results. Improvements in methodology will lead improved outcomes which translate greater efficacy therapies clinical trials. Recent studies show a growing consensus that intra-arterial delivery cells well-suited stroke. goal increase efficiency engraftment specific targeting areas pathology. However, evidence suggests not all neural glial may requisite properties sufficiently migrate from blood into brain parenchyma. Thus, methods enhance adhesive migratory via engineering, or enrichment types endogenously express such molecules, are critical improving transplantation. Intra-arterial engineered cells, combined use noninvasive, real-time MRI, provide path forward safe
