摘要: We propose a new analytical algorithm for the estimation of wind speeds from altimeter data using mean square slope ocean surface, which is obtained by integration widely accepted wind-wave spectrum including gravity-capillary wave range. It indicates that normalized radar cross section depends not only on speed but also age. The state effect return becomes remarkable with increasing and cannot be neglected at high speeds. A relationship between age nondimensional height based buoy observational applied to compute significant waves, could simultaneously data. Comparison actual shows this produces more reliable than do empirical algorithms.
