摘要: The paper analyses the conflict between wildlife conservation and its accompanying land-use in an East African context. In model there are two agents. First, is agency managing habitat of wildlife, which referred to as parkland. On other hand, group agro-pastoralists living vicinity habitat, whose rangelands. parkland used for tourism production hunting, while rangelands agro-pastoral production. Both agents will find it beneficial expand their land-use, so a conflict. This analysed steps. social optimality studied; then we study utilization when no unified resource policy park follows self-interest. effects on different management schemes changing economic conditions, such recommendations CITES convention programme subsidizing production, discussed.
