摘要: Rationale: Conventional positive-pressure ventilation delivers pressure to the airways; in contrast, negative is delivered globally chest and abdomen.Objectives: To test hypothesis that with results better oxygenation less injury than positive pressure.Methods: Anesthetized, surfactant-depleted rabbits were ventilated for 2.5 hours pairs (positive or negative).
