摘要: A patient's health may be diagnosed by centrifuging blood samples in a transparent tube, which tube contains one or more bodies groups of such as floats, inserts, liposomes, plastic beads different densities. Each density-defined body carries analyte-capture binding materials antigens antibodies, are specific to an epitope, other high affinity site on target analyte the sample being tested; and level is indicative health. At least labeled material also added so form material/analyte/body complexes sample. Upon centrifugation, will settle out areas according respective density bodies; degree label emission complex layers can enable qualitative and/or quantitative analyses made. Unbound separated from complexed washing action ascending descending components during centrifugation step. thus not interfere with analysis.
