摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the preparation of flavocytochrome b 2 or L-lactate cytochrome c reductase from yeast. Flavocytochrome (dyes) oxidoreductase is present only in aerobic yeasts. Procedures for purification intact form S. cerevisiae enzyme and corresponding a another type yeast, Hansenula anomala , are developed recent years. A very stable ravin-free derivative core, can be easily prepared by tryptic degradation enzyme. protein similar to 5 mammalian microsomes. The reduction ferricyanide L-lactate, presence quantitative when excess. With as substrate, standard activity test carried out with crude extracts, because no other catalysts known present.
