摘要: Abstract We study the contribution of most important processes leading to creation excited states Cl14+ ions from ground configurations Cl in an Electron Cyclotron Resonance Ion Source (ECRIS), which lead emission K X-ray lines. Theoretical values for inner-shell excitation, and KL ionization cross-sections, energies transition probabilities de-excitation are calculated framework Multi-Configuration Dirac–Fock (MCDF) method. With reasonable assumptions about electron energy distribution, a theoretical Kα spectrum is obtained, reproduces closely recent experimental result.
