摘要: Future 5G networks, including vehicular will witness the coexistence of different access technologies like IEEE 802.11p and LTE-V. This diversity encourage vehicles moving through such to select appropriate networks in order enhance system performance. However, Handover decision can be critical if it does not take into consideration service specificities especially V2I (Vehicle- to-Infrastructure) context. Different MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making) based algorithms were previously proposed include various selection criteria Handovers. They mainly assign weights performance attributes build their decision. In this paper, we show limitations former weighting techniques propose a new approach better adapt weight required multimedia quality. More precisely, introduce combination objective subjective taking quality metrics as well vehicle velocity. We consider two services with requirements communications. effectiveness our strategy terms throughput, packet delay jitter for each compared RSS (Received Signal Strength) approaches.
