摘要: Purpose of Review Current preventive and treatment guidelines for type 2 diabetes have failed to decrease the incidence comorbidities, such as dyslipidemia ultimately heart disease. The goal this review is describe physiological metabolic lipid alterations that develop in patients with mellitus. Questions addressed include differences lipoprotein metabolism characterize insulin resistance We also examine relevance new AHA/ADA dyslipidemic individuals.
