摘要: In this introduction to planetary geology, we review the major geologic processes affecting solid bodies of solar system, namely volcanism, tectonism, impact cratering, and erosion. We illustrate interplay these in different worlds, briefly reviewing how they affect surfaces Earth's Moon, Mercury, Venus Mars, then focusing on two very worlds: Jupiter's moon Io, most volcanically active object Saturn's Titan, where interaction between a dense atmosphere surface make for remarkably earth-like landscapes despite great differences temperature composition.
