摘要: Amniotic fluid is fundamental for the development of fetus. Many proteins detected in amniotic are already present at a very early stage gestation, whereas other only end pregnancy. The concentration given protein governed not by fetal, placental, or maternal synthesis and degradation, but also exchanges between mother fetus through placenta. Maternofetal transfer involves several different mechanisms such as first-order process active transport. Consequently, each results from balance opposing dynamic metabolic physiological processes, which proceed simultaneously. Thus, proteomics that allows simultaneous study multitude may be importance to gain insight into physiology well identify potential markers diseases during Here we review proteomic studies normal describe alterations proteome occur
