摘要: In this study, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) was quanti fied in some tropical fruits samples and potato using high performance liquid chromatography / ion exchange column sulfuric 0.05M as mobile phase. This method is faster than o thers used for vitamin C quantification which apply extraction with metaphosphoric or oxalic s reversed phase-liquid (RP- HPLC) buffered Interferences by colored substances phenolic compounds are absent when compared the traditionally ti trimetric method.
