摘要: In this study, the demand function for transferring agricultural water to industrial during non-drought period covering from January 1998 December 2008 in Taiwan was estimated, and usage statistics derived short-term charge agreements, regarding charging of management fees irrigation associations, were applied estimation empirical model. The results research are presented as follows: (a) into is non-elastic; price elasticity −0.368; (b) transferred volume decreases when rises; (c) also wholesale index domestic products (d) buyer’s industry classification significant factor influencing transfer demand; (e) different title including: “building utilization cost” or that “costs enhanced management” (f) type repository association (g) whether enhances (h) source (i) method (j) more by total population increases; (k) rises groundwater level area (l) areas demand.
