摘要: The conductivity of layers (thickness ~ 0.5-20 μm) composite nanomaterials consisting bovine serum albumin (BSA) with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) has been studied. BSA/SWCNT nanomaterial was prepared according to a route map, some steps which are: the preparation an aqueous dispersion based on BSA and SWCNT; substrates; deposition application water paste from SWCNT irradiation by lasers when they were in liquid state; drying samples; carrying out electrical temperature measurements. Half layer covered light-tight hollow box other half laser irradiated. carried for about 20 sec, at time completely became dry, while remained liquid. Conductivity increased (70 ÷ 650) % state. Maximum values specific BSA/SWCNT-1 S/m layers, - 70 kS/m. investigated electrically conductive 99 wt.% BSA/0.3 are promising medical practice.
