摘要: A general survey of the modification electrodes by lipids and proteins (enzymes) for potential application in environmental analysis is considered. Advantages mixing both enzymes matrix carbon paste electrode are highlighted. Mercury, noble metal may spontaneously adsorb giving rise to organized membrane like structures. The latter obtained lipid vesicle fusion, pre-formed films or a “painting” technique. resulting supported bilayer membranes (sBLM) insert either spontaneously, chemical reactions, formation complex with polyelectrolytes. Examples from literature reviewed.
