摘要: This chapter focuses on time-resolved studies of nanostructure development in sol-gel liquids, that is, diluted sols, wet gels, and drying thin fffilms. The most commonly investigated classes materials are silica, organically modified template-directed mesostructured titania titania-based materials, zirconia zirconia-based few others. After a brief overview small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) theory some experimental details, the discusses separately each these materials. Nearly all SAXS silica have been carried out starting with alkoxysilanes. systems single precursor under acidic basic conditions, respectively, reviews combinations alkoxysilanes other metal precursors mixed organic-inorganic systems.
