摘要: Abstract Fluorophosphate glasses co-doped with Dy 3 + and Tm ions have been synthesized low OH content. Photoluminescence around 2.9 μm is successfully obtained in present glass excited by a conventional 808 nm laser diode. The luminescence characteristics energy transfer mechanism are investigated. Based on the absorption, fluorescence spectra lifetime measurements, can effectively absorb excitation then play an important role getting emission. Besides, it found that their to high efficiency. Hence, results indicate /Tm fluorophosphate possessing advantageous spectroscopic potential cost-effective host for mid-infrared solid state lasers.
