摘要: The tribological properties of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) modified by MoS2 with different morphologies (nano-spheres, nano-platelets, and micro-platelets) were investigated using an end-face tribometer under dry friction rapeseed oil lubrication. Under friction, nano-platelets nano-spheres exhibited their best at 1.0 1.5 % (wt%) content, respectively. lubrication, the better additives in HDPE than other two. melting was main wear mechanism whereas abrasive is changing mechanisms led to anti-wear variations HDPEs increasing contents. closely related crystallinity thermo-mechanical MoS2/HDPE. samples lower damping factors showed properties. excellent can be attributed deformation exfoliation process. Nano-platelets are advantageous This study elucidated relationship between property morphology a polymer.
