摘要: The patterns of quinolizidine alkaloids in cell cultures 10 species Fabaceae were analyzed by high-resolution GLC and GLC-MS compared with the present leaves respective plants. Lupanine was produced all suspension as main alkaloid. It accompanied sparteine, tetrahydrorhombifoline, 17-oxosparteine, 13-hydroxylupanine, 4-hydroxylupanine, 17-oxolupanine, 13-hydroxylupanine esters minor some species. alkaloid plants differed markedly that alpha-pyridone major genera Cytisus, Genista, Laburnum Sophora but not accumulated cultures. These data further support assumption pathway leading to lupanine is basic biosynthesis other are derived from lupanine.
