摘要: BACKGROUND The aim of the present report is to demonstrate sliding technique as a reliable and exact method treat overprojected nasal tip. METHODS Between March 2003 April 2008 we treated 271 patients (198 females, 73 males) using for isolated tip hypertrophy (n=88), rhinomegaly (n=146), asymmetry (n=29) ptosis with malformation alar cartilages (n=8). RESULTS Medial was performed in 100 patients, lateral 121 combined medial 12 patients. In total, 18 needed additional skin resection at columella. After an average follow-up period 8.4 months 77.1% (n=209) rated result "very good", 21.1% (n=57) as"good" 1.8% (n=5) were"unsatisfied". Only had be revised due projection. A retrospective study our first 80 showed reduction projection around 11%. CONCLUSION precise effective
