摘要: Abstract Ionic liquids (ILs) are non-molecular solvents, which mainly characterized as possessing low melting points, low-to-negligible vapor pressures, and high thermal stability. Their unique solvation properties, coupled to the fact that they can be structurally tailored for specific applications, have increased study of ILs in many areas fundamental applied chemistry. Thus, successfully been utilized novel solvents different extraction microextraction schemes recent years, but with environmental samples. Food samples quite complicated matrices from an analytical point view. They contain a large range chemical substances, sometimes also fat content. Even most advanced techniques, food sampling food-sample preparation prior determination labor-intensive time-consuming, normally require relatively amounts organic solvents. In this review, we summarize developments aimed at employing tool analysis. We discuss practical applications determine metals compounds natures, special emphasis step IL is introduced, advantages IL-based methods developed over conventional methods.
