摘要: Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) technology provides an opportunity to multiply superior animals that could speed up dissemination of favorable genes into the population. In present study, we attempted reproduce a breeding bull Murrah buffalo, best dairy breed using donor cells were established from tail-skin biopsy and seminal plasma. We studied several parameters such as cycle stages, histone modifications (H3K9ac H3K27me3) expression developmental in determine their SCNT reprogramming potentials. successfully produced cloned embryo was skin-derived cell. Growth, blood hematology, plasma biochemistries, reproductive organs found normal. Subsequently, employed for semen production. Semen CASA (Computer Assisted Analysis) variables vitro fertilizing ability sperms similar non-cloned bulls, including bull. At present, have 12 live healthy progenies artificial insemination frozen bull, which indicate is fertile can be utilized buffalo schemes. Taken together, demonstrate used bulls.
