摘要: Objective. To determine hip joint pain referral patterns. Design. Retrospective analysis. Setting. Multicenter. Patients. Fifty-one consecutive patients meeting clinical criteria of a symptomatic joint. Interventions. Fluoroscopically guided intra-articular injection. Outcome Measures. Anatomic map before injection and visual analog scale both after injection. Results. The was shown to cause in traditionally accepted areas the groin thigh 55% 57% patients, respectfully. However, also seen buttock lower extremity distal knee 71% 22%, respectively. Foot were only 6% 2% respectively, while lumbar spine did not occur. Fourteen patterns observed. Conclusions. Buttock is most common area from joint. Traditionally less common. Hip can occasionally refer distally foot. Lower
