摘要: A “MUSTY” taint in chicken eggs has been attributed to the presence of 2,3,4,6-tetrachloroanisole (I) litter shavings by Engel, de Groot and Weurman1, who showed that feeding small amounts this compound chickens caused a musty both broiler meat. The samples contained also pentachloroanisole (II). Following recent occurrences UK industry, we have examined carcasses house for chloroanisoles investigated their origin.
