摘要: Abstract In this work, the efficiency of Micellar Enhanced Ultrafiltration (MEUF) was evaluated for recovery polyphenols and polysaccharides from winery wastewaters (WW), using a cationic surfactant (Esterquat). Firstly, critical micellar concentration (CMC) Esterquat determined at three pH levels membrane characterized. Besides, effect several operating variables (surfactant concentration, solution pH, complexity solution, concentration) on rejection percentages (R) investigated, as well understanding fouling mechanism dependent pH. The highest obtained 5.5 CMC. Regarding influence initial it observed that permeate flux decreases significantly with increase value. Moreover, low solute favored (R = 78.1 %) 19.5 separation. Finally, MEUF real WW optimal conditions previously determined. % whereas 47.3 promising method valorization, namely
