摘要: The tumor suppressor protein p53 is often called "the genome guardian" and controls the cell cycle integrity of DNA, as well other important cellular functions. Its main function to trigger process apoptosis in cells, approximately 50% all cancers are related inactivation through mutations TP53 gene. Due association mutant with cancer therapy resistance, different forms restoration have been subject intense research recent years.
