摘要: Os vesalianum pedis is an accessory bone located proximal to the base of fifth metatarsal. Its prevalence has been reported be from 0.1% 1.0%. This found within peroneus brevis tendon and considered asymptomatic in majority people. We describe a patient with os distinct mediocuboidal articulation. The radiologic differential diagnosis ossicle discussed.
