摘要: This chapter offers some analytical insights for a comprehensive theoretical understanding of how to develop reliable ENSO-based crop yield forecasts and incorporate this information into an ENSO-sensitive farm-plan. A discussion on the usefulness climate policy analysis is also presented. An improved basic impact seasonal variability (i.e., ENSO) agriculture involves more in-depth value as well broader knowledge actual (or created) distinctions between adaptation, mitigation response risks. intends inform scientific community state-of-art studies related risk in help identify priorities ongoing future research.
