摘要: The region of collective octupole states below the excitation energy 7-8 MeV is studied for deformed nuclei in random phase approximation (RPA). calculational results show that low-energy resonances (LEOR) observed from 90Zr to 154Sm reactions ( alpha , ') should exist well-deformed rare-earth and actinide nuclei. For position resonance its contribution energy-weighted sum rule (EWSR) are agreement with experimental data.
