摘要: Abstract This investigation reports a transmission electron microscopy study of the isothermal lathtype martensite in an Fe-20%Ni-5%Mn alloy. All laths showed Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationship: single isolated as well adjacent packet. Trace analysis shows that martensite-austenite interfaces are near A , agreement with optical microscopy, although boundary is frequently stepped. Adjacent packet were found to have same orientation, variant relation and habit plane. In all cases (isolated adjoining laths) lath substructure consisted three sets 〈111〉 screw dislocations cross-grid arrangement similar previously observed untwinned regions plate Fe-Ni alloys. Dislocations at tips lath-lath type those within laths. No internal twins
