摘要: Low molecular weight (LMW) heparin Kabi 2165 possesses improved pharmacodynamic properties compared with conventional heparin. It is currently investigated in the prophylaxis of thromboembolism. The neutralization by protamine chloride was analysed after i.v. injection both agent and antidot healthy persons. anticoagulant effects LMW on activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin, thromboelastography are completely immediately suppressed chloride. inhibition factor X a antagonized up to 50%–60%. bleeding time remained unaffected. data indicate that may be used clinical situations as an 2165. A rebound phenomenon effect does not occur.
