摘要: The present study was conducted for molecular characterization of Bangladeshi isolates Infectious Bursal Disease virus to establish genetic diversity with other European and Asian strains. A total 129 bursa Fabricius were collected after post mortem from IBD infected chicken. Only 30 samples confirmed IBDV by amplification a 729-bp fragment the VP2 gene hyper variable region using RT-PCR. (aa 184-426) amplified fragments sequenced compared 10 strains published in Gene Bank their phylogenic relationship analyzed. Amino acid sequences analysis revealed that 27 99% identical vvIBDV 3 showed close classical IBDV. Twenty seven encode amino acids 222A, 2421, 2561, 294I, 299S, which are conserved among Classical substitutions at 222A→P, 256I→V, 299 S→N positions. All had same heptapeptide 279D, S-W-S-A-S-G-S (326→332), 284A. Phylogenetic based on nucleotide sequence closely related vvIBDV. Taken together, there no predominant new strain circulating Bangladesh during June 2009-May 2011. Moreover, order protect birds sudden emergence strains, continuing surveillance field is utmost importance.
