Endocytosis proteins and cancer: a potential link?

摘要: Recent studies have shown that a variety of proteins participate with clathrin and adaptors in receptor-mediated endocytosis. The genes encoding some these are targets chromosomal rearrangements human haematopoietic malignancies. In addition, abnormal expression or mutation endocytosis has been reported cancers. This article discusses observations elaborates the potential mechanisms by which might biology cancer.
