摘要: ProDom is a comprehensive database of protein domain families generated from the global comparison all available sequences. Recent improvements include use three-dimensional (3D) information SCOP database; completely redesigned web interface (http://www.toulouse.inra.fr/prodom.html); visualization domains on 3D structures; coupling analysis with Geno3D homology modelling server; Bayesian inference evolutionary scenarios for families. In addition, we have developed ProDom-SG, ProDom-based server dedicated to selection candidate proteins structural genomics.
