摘要: Abstract 1. Absolute and relative amounts of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) docohexaenoic (DHA) in muscle eels from four different fish farms were compared with samples wild two areas northern Italy. 2. Farmed richer DHA EPA than animals. 3. The addition cod liver oil to the diet farmed led a significant accumulation DHA, but no change total lipid content. 4. calculation indices related highly unsaturated fatty (HUFA) content (FLQ = quality; Al aterogenic index), indicated higher nutritional value vs fish. 5. We conclude that are an adequate source products for human nutrition propose use above-mentioned as effective means assessing quality populations at high risk chronic degenerative disease.
