摘要: Medical therapy remains the first and, for majority of patients, only option treatment chronic heart failure and left ventricular dysfunction. This article reviews clinical evidence on which current approaches to are predicated, discusses pathophysiologic concepts learned from these studies, introduces some most promising therapeutic agents currently under investigation failure.
