摘要: Near infrared (NIR) CdHgTe/CdS quantum dots (QDs) were successfully prepared by a green synthetic route. The characteristics such as morphology, size, spectra, stability and toxicity investigated in detail. fluorescence wavelength of QDs could be adjusted to the NIR range (812 nm), which made vivo imaging possible. dynamic biodistribution mouse model was monitored an system. Results indicated that with diameter about 5.8 nm targeted spinal column effectively. Further dissected spine disclosed vertebra rather than cord. high intensity together targeting effect makes particular candidates for purposes experimental animal models vertebral injury.
