摘要: Alamethicin, a 20 residue polypeptide ionophore forms transmembrane channels and has been shown to induce excitability phenomena in artificial lipid membranes [1]. The discovery of number related polypeptides, containing \alpha-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) [2], stimulated considerable interest the conformational analysis Aib peptides, with view towards establishing structural requirements for formation membrane [3-5].
