摘要: Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is characteristically perceived as primarily being a disorder of episodic memory, with prominent attentional impairments more typically associated other neurodegenerative conditions, such Dementia Lewy Bodies. However, attention also affected early on in Alzheimer's, particularly individuals young onset and atypical syndromes. In addition, some initial symptoms that are apparently due to memory loss may be secondary failures processes. This review delineates the various can observed patients AD, addresses them through conceptual framework proposed by Posner Petersen. It describes how current knowledge development AD has influenced our understanding these deficits arise. Finally, there brief summary effects treatments processes, future pharmacological approaches might better target deficits.
