摘要: A complex relationship exists between the coagulation system and tumour cells, with common mechanisms linking haemostasis malignancy. Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is second most cause of death in cancer patients it estimated that about 1 7 die avoidable pulmonary embolism (PE), rather than itself. Treating a patient requires multidisciplinary approach, whether intention to cure or palliate; life expectancy may be improved certain by aggressive intervention, but if limited span expected, preserving quality becomes paramount. Cancer an independent risk factor for VTE, are also at higher bleeding complications recurrence.
