摘要: Epifaunal assemblages inhabiting the non-indigenous macroalga Sargassum muticum (Yendo) Fensholt were investigated on two physically distinct intertidal rocky (S1) and sandy (S2) sites along Atlantic coast of Morocco. The objective this study was to test whether habitat-forming marine alga S. invasive in these supported different epifaunal under environmental conditions through time. gastropods Steromphala umbilicalis, pennanti, Rissoa parva isopod Dynamene bidentata most contributive species dissimilarity assemblage structure between both throughout seasons. SIMPER analysis showed a 58.3-78.5% associated composition with respect sampling season. Species diversity total abundance significantly higher at site compared site. PERMANOVA analyses significant differences for season interaction. Accordingly, determinant factors conditioning role habitat structuring assemblages.
