摘要: Silver nanoparticles of small average diameter (<5 nm) and rather narrow size distribution rapidly formed on the surfaces carbon nanotubes in a simple mechanochemical process which silver acetate was ball-milled with for only few minutes. The outcome achieved absence any solvent, additional reducing agents, or applied electrical current. This method found to be readily applicable not various diameters, but also other noncarbon substrates that are thermally conductive. Different organic metal salts (e.g., gold palladium acetates platinum acetylacetonate) were successfully similar procedures obtain corresponding metal−nanotube nanohybrids. reported preparation nanoparticle-decorated is rapid, versatile, potentially scalable, making it useful further exploitation variety applications.
