摘要: Abstract The photochemical and thermal N-chelateO-chelate isomerization of D-“arabino”-hexulose phenylosazone (PH) in solution was studied. rate constants activation parameters for were calculated. An obvious wavelength effect on the photoisomerization quantum yield position photostationary state observed. Direct is believed to occur via a common excited singlet state. PH found have photochromic properties. reaction proved be fast efficient method synthesizing O-chelate isomer osazone.
