摘要: Abstract A comparative mathematical and conceptual analysis of quantitative feed intake prediction models for cattle was conducted. The objective to analyse the theoretical basis current provide directions experimental research. Results analysed indicated (1) weak in sense ability accommodate data; (2) frequently problematic implementation terms properties models; (3) absence new hypotheses research provided by reviewed models. These findings agree with similar results obtained an sheep Suggestions improved model development, documentation are provided.
