摘要: Gliomas and meningiomas are the most frequent primary brain tumors. Surgery, external beam radiotherapy, chemotherapy are, at present, essential components in therapeutic management of malignant masses. Nevertheless, these methods present limitations terms clinical response rate toxicity morbidity. Because need for complementary or alternative treatment modalities, tumor cells have been persistently investigated to determine presence specific antigens, with goal produce\ing antibodies that might be useful as therapeutics.
