Secure mHealth IoT Data Transfer from the Patient to the Hospital: A Three-Tier Approach

摘要: eHealth and mHealth applications are gaining increasing importance with advances in the IoT ubiquity of sensor deployments. Measured data needs to be captured, transmitted, stored securely, without having security measures hinder or delay response medical personnel case emergency. In this article, we present a holistic framework for transfer from patient hospital. Three tiers identified proposed framework. each tier, suitable presented securing protecting privacy patients. The methods range physical layer techniques designed low portable sensors deployed at patient's home body, combining traditional encryption additional procedures cloud center where records stored.
