A scoping review of the Clinical Frailty Scale.

摘要: Frailty is increasingly recognized as an important construct which has health implications for older adults. The Clinical Scale (CFS) a judgement-based frailty tool that evaluates specific domains including comorbidity, function, and cognition to generate score ranging from 1 (very fit) 9 (terminally ill). aim of this scoping review identify document the nature extent research evidence related CFS. We performed comprehensive literature search original studies used Scale. Medline OVID, Scopus, Web Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library Embase were searched January 2005 March 2017.
