摘要: Frailty is increasingly recognized as an important construct which has health implications for older adults. The Clinical Scale (CFS) a judgement-based frailty tool that evaluates specific domains including comorbidity, function, and cognition to generate score ranging from 1 (very fit) 9 (terminally ill). aim of this scoping review identify document the nature extent research evidence related CFS. We performed comprehensive literature search original studies used Scale. Medline OVID, Scopus, Web Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library Embase were searched January 2005 March 2017. Articles screened by two independent reviewers. Data extracted included publication date, setting, demographics, purpose CFS assessment, outcomes associated with score. Our yielded 1688 articles 183 included. Overall, 62% conducted after 2015 63% measured in hospitalized patients. association outcome was examined 526 times; predictive 74% cases. Mortality most common being 87% time. comorbidity 73% time, complications 100%, length stay 75%, falls 71%, 94%, function 91%. other scores 94% This revealed been widely multiple settings. clinical highlights its utility care aging population.
