摘要: The increasing scope of interventions in the cardiac catheterization laboratory (CCL) and electrophysiological (EPL) has resulted new challenges for anaesthesia teams where they deal with different patient categories, complications safety issues. Collaboration planning between cardiologist anaesthesiologist are required both procedural success. This review aims to discuss procedures performed interventional cardiology importance anaesthesiologists managing such patients. Percutaneous being increasingly adult as well pediatric Procedures usually done under mild moderate sedation. General is certain conditions also Knowledge echocardiography, individual disease condition fluoroscopy important. Anaesthesiologists assuming an important role multidisciplinary management complex patients interventions. A comprehensive understanding essential provide a high level anaesthetic care maintain safety.
