摘要: OBJECTIVE To explore the structure of Internet gaming disorder (IGD) criteria and their distribution according to different severity level IGD. The associations psychiatric comorbidities each IGD symptom were also investigated. METHODS Consecutively recruited 330 Korean middle school students underwent face-to-face diagnostic interviews assess problems by clinicians. evaluated with a semi-structured instrument. data was analyzed using principal components analysis among groups visualized plotting univariate curves. RESULTS Two 'Compulsivity' 'Tolerance' extracted. 'Decrease in other activities' 'Jeopardizing relationship/career' may indicate higher While 'Craving' deserved more recognition clinical utility, did not demonstrate much difference severity.
