摘要: In a learning organization, knowledge and experience is created used at different levels of granularity maturity. However, these knowledge/experience types usually coexist without any links relationships. The field situated cognition shows that such relationships are typical important in the human “procedure” (e.g., expert-novice learning/teaching). We propose management systems can benefit from support development includes -in additionthe definition an appropriate life-cycle model describing mentioned (here by example best practices lessons learned), embedding this business processes, operative maturity/validity, respective representation issues. Such results concept be implemented with commercially available case-based reasoning tools. illustrate approach real-life examples already exist or being developed.
